There are a few literature reviews available, summarizing research into quantum mechanics teaching and learning.
The most complete are:

• Two theses by Peter Fletcher (1997 and 2004): Contains a quite exhaustive list of papers and articles, eventhough most are not described in any detail.
• Quantenphysik in der Schule (2003): A book presenting a large part of quantum mechanics education research in great detail, in particular describing the quite substantial research made in Germany. The book is written in German.
• Review of empirical studies into students' depictions of quantum mechanics (2006, in thesis 2007): Presents research into student understanding of quantum mechanics in themes.
